GeoComply is proud to present Hacking Child Protection, our inaugural global TechSprint event in collaboration with Child Rescue Coalition.

Aimed at driving innovation and encouraging creative solutions to protect children online, the TechSprint is our newest project towards creating a safer internet for all.

Hacking Child Protection is a virtual event that will bring together entrepreneurs, business professionals, designers, developers, innovators, and anyone with a keen interest in children’s digital safety. GeoComply will provide the resources, information and mentorship; all you need to bring is your creativity!

What’s Techsprint?

Also known as ‘Hackathons’, TechSprints bring people together from various backgrounds and disciplines to transform innovative ideas into reality. Teams immerse themselves in developing solutions and building prototypes for the challenges and opportunities at hand.

    May 30th – June 27th

    Teams of 2 to 5 people submit their solution proposals to address the challenge.

    June 8th

    Information session for prospective participants, in which the GeoComply team will answer all your queries.

    Registration and proposal submissions close.

  • Selection

    June 30th

    Shortlisted teams are notified.

  • Shortlisted Team Briefing

    July 5th

    Shortlisted teams receive a briefing on the next steps.

  • Solutions Building

    July 5th – July 20th

    Shortlisted teams build their prototypes, prepare their pitches and get ready for Demo Day.

  • Halfway Touchpoint

    July 12th

    At the halfway point, shortlisted teams have the opportunity to gain advice from judges and mentors.

  • Demo Day

    July 20th

    Shortlisted teams pitch their solutions to judges in a live, virtual event and prizes are awarded!

All participants have the opportunity to innovate, get advice from experts, and build a solution that will be a force for good.
